Terms and Conditions, Acceptable Use Policy, Disclaimer, and Confidentiality Agreement

Definitions

Services: The confidential services provided by OfficialUniversityDegrees.com to assist clients in applying for degrees or certificates from institutions.
Engaging Our Services: The process of hiring OfficialUniversityDegrees.com to handle the application procedure for obtaining a degree.
Person Named on the Degree: The individual who is designated to receive the awarded degree or certificate.
Cardholder: The individual or entity responsible for the payment of services, whether a person or a company.
Associated Person: Any individual or entity involved, either directly or indirectly, in securing the services of OfficialUniversityDegrees.com, including the cardholder and the degree recipient.
Confidentiality Agreement: A legally binding contract that prohibits the client from disclosing any information that links OfficialUniversityDegrees.com to the institution issuing the award.
Publish: The act of making information publicly available via print, digital platforms, or other communication channels.
Retroactive Graduation: A request for a degree to bear a past date (not earlier than August 1994) based on the client’s declaration of prior education or experience.
Legal Declaration: A formal agreement made by the client to adhere to the terms of service and all contractual obligations.
Bad Faith Act: Any deliberate attempt by the client to mislead OfficialUniversityDegrees.com during the purchasing process or to violate the terms of the agreement.
Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and Disclaimer
OfficialUniversityDegrees.com is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of its website or services, including inaccuracies or errors in the documents or services provided.
Clients agree to indemnify OfficialUniversityDegrees.com against any claims or legal fees arising from breaches of confidentiality or misuse of services.
OfficialUniversityDegrees.com reserves the right to cancel services and nullify any documents or transactions if the client violates the acceptable use policy.
Clients must ensure the accuracy of all information submitted to OfficialUniversityDegrees.com and accept full responsibility for any errors.
Clients confirm they are at least 21 years old, and the person named on the degree is also 21 years or older, possessing relevant experience or educational background to justify the degree requested.
If applying on behalf of another person, the client must confirm they have obtained the consent of the person named on the degree.
Confidentiality Agreement
Clients and associated persons agree to maintain strict confidentiality and must never disclose any connection between OfficialUniversityDegrees.com and the institution issuing the award.
Any violation of this confidentiality agreement may result in legal consequences, including financial penalties.
Privacy Policy
OfficialUniversityDegrees.com ensures that client and award recipient information remains confidential and will not be shared or sold. However, in the event of a confidentiality breach, OfficialUniversityDegrees.com reserves the right to share relevant information with necessary parties.
Penalties
If a client or associated person breaches the confidentiality agreement, they agree to pay restitution of $100,000 to OfficialUniversityDegrees.com.
Surety Bond
OfficialUniversityDegrees.com maintains a surety bond of at least $100,000 to cover any potential breaches of confidentiality.
Jurisdiction
The terms outlined in this agreement are governed by the laws of Gibraltar, in addition to the laws of the client’s billing address and country of residence.
